They really do a good job. Food is fresh and fast with a very heaping plate. Made my rice just like I wanted.

Ordered the General Tso Pork. It had too much sauce in my opinion. I subbed Pork Fried Rice and though it was really good.

Change of hands to new owners but not a change in decor or updating was done. The food was alright my chow mein had a lot of onions and the staff was 1 guy, no one busing tables and it was a little bit of an uncomfortable atmosphere. Will give it another try soon but mostly because it is very slim choices for food in Independence.

Screwed the order up. But other than that it was good!

I had Vegetable with Tofu. Vegetables were crisp. The sauce was light and mild.; not sweet or overpowering. The dish included a variety of vegetables made it interesting: zucchini, carrots, broccoli, bok choi, onions, celery, peapods, mushrooms, and others. Lots of tofu too! Lightly braised and very firm. The meal came with plenty of rice and of course a Fortune Cookie (I ordered To Go). I would definitely order this again. The portion was huge - you will not be hungry after this meal.

The oyster sauce has a wide taste and is very good.

I have been 3 times now in just over a month. I always get the spicy beef. I ask for it to spicer more and more each time and it still has no heat to it

Food was good and the service was very friendly. Pretty much like many of the other places in the Salem area. General Tso's wasn't crunchy (I hate it when it is) and the sweat and sour sauce on the sweat and sour pork was really tasty.

Whoa talk about bang for your buck. Amazing portions great price food was excellent fantastic service. Please support this place they're doing a great job.

We are thrilled to see this little Chinese restaurant reopen under new management, and wish the new owners much success. I took a friend here and we very much enjoyed the food, and had plenty to take home for leftovers. I expect to be returning often and sampling the rest of the menu. Welcome to town!
